Dear all,

Thank you for your interest and support in the Human Rights for Sexual Diversities and Case Documentation Workshop. I am writing to alert you to some important points before the workshop starts on Thursday:

1. While the venue advertised is KK Leung Bldg, LG 103, it is actually the venue for the sessions on 17-Oct, A and B, only. Please note that the venue for 18-Oct and 19-Oct is Library Extension Bldg Room 8, HKU.
2. The ¡§Night Out¡¨ activity on 18-Oct (Fri) will be held in one of the local gay / lesbian bars.
3. While this workshop is basically free, we would appreciate participants whose institute or organization may sponsor them for this event to contribute HK$200 for this workshop. Official receipts will be issued for such participants.
4. I strongly recommend you to join all sessions on the three days since they are somehow related to one another. In case you are not able to join all sessions, please refer to the most up-to-date program at http://events.cr4sd.org.
5. This workshop¡¦s main objectives are education and participation. Your full participation in sharing opinions, contributing thoughts and formulation of strategies is highly appreciated.
6. All seminar sessions (A, B, C, D and G) will be conducted in the speakers¡¦ choice of language, while workshop sessions (F-I and F-II) will be conducted mainly in Cantonese. Interpretation is available in ALL sessions for English, Mandarin and Cantonese speakers.
